NSAID

Ketorolac is nonselective. Diclofenac, even though it is older, is COX-2 selective.

Recommended categorization of non-aspirin nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The upper dashed line indicates a 2-fold increase in COX-1 selectivity; the lower dashed line indicates a 2-fold increase in COX-2 selectivity. COX, cyclooxygenase; IC50, half-maximal inhibitory concentration; NSAIDs, non-aspirin nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Constructed from previously published data.
